Wheat flour – 1/2 cup.
Maida - 1/2 cup.
Sugar -1/4 cup or as needed.
Salt - a pinch (to enhance the taste).
Baking soda - a pinch.
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Coconut powder - 1 tbsp[optional].
Water as needed.
Oil to fry.
=>Sieve wheat flour n maida flour n baking soda.
=>Mix well wheat flour, maida flour, salt,baking soda, sugar without adding water.[can add coconut powder which is optional].
=>now add water n make the batter, the batter should b like a dosa batter(not thick as idli batter or very thin).
=>Heat oil in pan ( i use non-stick pan 2 avoid sticking 2 the bottom).
=>Pour approximately 5 tbsp of batter into the oil.
=>Deep fry till golden brown n turn the aapams n cook till golden brown.
