Chicken snack balls

Chicken snack balls..
            It's a deep fried snack which is very quick to prepare with only few ingredients n no doubt abt it's taste....yum..

            I happen to  read this recipe while i turn over the pages of a cookery book, without any second thought i proceeded to prepare these balls, it turned out to an yummy snack which scores above my expectation on taste.....not only my kids but everyone in my family likes it.....

            I just took only a final photograph, i'll try to update the step by step pics for this recipe on the up coming days....

           Come on....Let's jump into the recipe.........



Ingredients:
Chicken (bone less) - 1/2 KG.
Gram flour - 1 cup.
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp.
Salt - as needed.
Chilli powder - 1 tsp.
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp.

Baking soda - 1/4 tsp.
Coriander leaves - 1 cup.
Mint leaves - 1 cup.
Oil - for deep frying.

Method:

=> clean n pat dry the chicken pieces.

=> grind together the chicken, mint leaves, coriander leaves, gram flour, garam masala powder, chilli powder, salt n turmeric powder in a blender.

=> transfer it to a bowl , add baking soda n knead it well.

=> grease ur palms with oil (to avoid sticking ) n make small balls out of the kneaded mixture.

=> heat oil in a pan n deep fry the balls on medium flame till golden brown.

=> transfer to an absorbent paper .

Serve it hot with mint chutney n cucumber,onion salad.

It also goes well with tomato ketchup where kids love the combi...
