Spicy Nandu Rasam / Crab soup
Spicy Nandu Rasam
It's nothing but the stock of crab along with spices which goes well with steamed rice or taken by itself.
am not used to crab foods since my mom or mom-in law r not used to it...but am v.much impressed by the peoples sayings that "A person who once taste these crabs won't go in for other NV's" which makes me wanted to prepare @ home n so here I cooked n tasted for the very first time n nevertheless to say that it taste's soo good.
Granny's sayings : Crab soup helps to get rid of cold, flu n is healthy too.
Health benifits : I) it's rich in mega-3 fatty acids.
II) it's low in calorie.
III) Crabs are rich source of protein needed for good nutritional diet.

Thanks for recipe. Very good..Rally want to try as my son suffers from frequent cold. Just a minor thing...Chilli powder is not in the preparation? Do we add along with the water? Also, Ginger, Curry leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, bay leaves are default ingredients in non-veg preparations, i thought. Can we add it or would it cause any food poison? Please suggest.
ReplyDeletethanks for ur comment here unknown! chilli pwd should be added along with the grounded paste...and can add whatever spices u've mentioned but only the taste differs that won't let to food poison...
