Healthy snack on the go
Tips:
- pack a spoonful of each in zip-lock so that its just a grab and all set.
- preferably store it in a transparent glass jars to attract you😉
- can dry-roast,season with sugar / salt, cool and store for extra flavor.

- cashews
- almonds

- pista
- puffed lotus seeds/makhana/fox nuts
- puffed rice
