Healthy snack on the go




 

Tips:

  • pack a spoonful of each in zip-lock so that its just a grab and all set.
  • preferably store it in a transparent glass jars to attract you😉 
  • can dry-roast,season with sugar / salt, cool and store for extra flavor.
  • some of the healthy picks easily available in India are (mostly dry fruits)
    1. cashews
    2. almonds
    3. walnuts
    4. dry grapes
    5. dry figs
    6. groundnuts
    7. Dates
    8. pista
    9. puffed lotus seeds/makhana/fox nuts
    10. puffed rice 
    11. seeds( melon, sunflower,pumpkin)
    12. roasted gram
    13. sliced dry coconut
