Mix Veg Roti




INGREDIENTS:


Wheat Flour - 2 cups.
salt - 1/2 tsp.
Sugar Powder - 1/2 tsp.
oil - 1 tsp(to make the dough soft).
Water - To Make  the dough.
Vegetables(any of ur choice) - 1/2 cup(shredded).
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp(finely chopped).

METHOD:


=> First chop all the Vegetables( here in this recipe i used violet cabbage, potato, cauliflower).



=> Stir fry these veggies with a pinch of salt for a minute n let it cool.

=> Now sieve the wheat flour, add salt n sugar powder, mix well.

=> Add stir fried n cooled veggies 2 the flour mixture.

=> Add water little by little 2 make the dough.

=> Add 1 tsp of oil n kneed well until it is soft.



=> Leave it covered with damp cloth for 10 minutes.

=> Make a ball out of the little dough  n flatten it within ur palm.

=> Roll it with the rolling pin to make a thin roti.

=> Now put it on the hot tava, wait till small bubbles appears n turn it over n vice versa, till both sides r cooked.

=> Now MIX VEG ROTI is done.....

Can be taken as it is or with pickles or with any curries.................
