Cool Lassi

A survey shows that INDIA is a warm country that it's warm for almost 5 months a year.........
so in warm days sipping this recipe- LASSI is heavenly delicious 2 when u feel thirsty.....
I usually like 2 LASSI by simply adding either sugar or salt to curd.....but once my neighbor served me a LASSI in which she added some spices......it was soo delicious n after that i used to make lassi in that way for me n my family.......U TOO GIVE IT A TRY......






INGREDIENTS:
Home made curd - 1 cup.
Water - 1/4 cup.
Salt - 1 tsp or as needed.
Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp (dry roast the cumin seeds slightly n make a fresh powder).

Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp (dry roast coriander seeds slightly n make a fresh powder).

Green Chillies(optional) - 1/4 tsp (finely chopped) or Chilli Powder - a pinch.

METHOD:

=>Combine cold curd n cold water.

=>Add salt, cumin pwd, coriander pwd, green chillies or chilli powder to the above mixture.

=>Now whisk above mixture until forth appears.

=>DONE.....it's time to SERVE IT with mint leaves or coriander leaves.

My son couldn't wait 2 serve n so he zipped a straw into the lassi to have it  while iam capturing a pic of COOL LASSI.
