Ingredients
Water - 3 tbsp
Sesame oil - 2 tbsp
Fully ripped red Tomato - 500 gms( cut into quarter & de seeded)
Jaggery / cane sugar - 1 tblsp(optional)
Rock salt - 1 tbsp
Chilly pwd - 2 tblsp
Cumin powder - 2 tblsp(optional)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida pwd - 1/2 tsp
Roasted fenugreek pwd - 1 tsp
Bottled tadka - 1 tblsp

Method
=> Jus layer the following in a 2L pressure cooker
π 3 tbsp water
π 2 tbsp sesame oil
π 500 gms π
π 1 tbsp jaggery(opt)
π 2 tbsp chilly pwd
π 3 tbsp cumin powder(opt)
π 1 tbsp salt
π 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
π 1/2 tsp asafoetida pwd
β¨ close and keep on high flame for 10 minutes / 35 whistle
β¨ switch off....release pressure
β¨ add in 1tbsp bottled tadka + 1 tsp fenugreek seed pwd..... Mix well
β¨ It seems to be bit watery but tightnes once refrigerated
β¨β (optional) once pressure released can blend the mix and then add in tadka and fenugreek pwd
β¨ cool and refrigirate in an air tight container π
β do switch on the timer in ur π± or wrist watch or etc as soon as cooker is on high heat
β do not mix once it's layered
β plz switch off the flame if u smell something burning / feel that instinct of its getting charred
